Autumn Soup 1 pound ground beef 5 cups water 2 cups tomato juice 2 medium onions sliced (1 cup) 2 carrots chopped (1 cup) 2 stalks celery chopped (1 cup) 1 potatoe diced 1/3 cup pearl barley (instant) 1/4 cup catsup 1 beef bouilon cube 2 teaspoons season salt 1 teaspoon dried basil 1 bay leaf Salt to taste Pepper to taste Combine in large pot, bring to boil and let simmer until ingredents are tender
